LBCAssist billing is available only for U.S.-based customers with U.S. business and billing addresses. Your selected license package renews monthly through Stripe. If eligible, the free trial applies only up to 10 licenses; billing starts automatically when the trial ends. Added licenses are charged immediately at a prorated amount for the current billing cycle. License reductions take effect next billing cycle and do not create credits or refunds. If assigned users exceed paid licenses on the billing date, LBCAssist will unassign newest non-admin license assignments first. One paid license is always reserved for the default admin. Complete Stripe Checkout within 7 calendar days after account creation: before completion, only the default administrator can use Billing and Profile to resume setup; after the window, the tenant is hard terminated and new Checkout is closed. This setup expiration does not itself begin customer-data deletion or purge.
