Terms and Conditions Account eligibility, customer responsibilities, payment rules, arbitration, liability limits, and no-refund terms. Privacy Policy What information is collected, how it is used, third-party providers, retention, export access, and U.S.-only service scope. Service Level Addendum 99.9% uptime objective, outage handling, regional failover, backups, and the absence of credits or penalties. Termination and Suspension Policy Suspension after 7 days of non-payment, termination at day 14, customer export timing, and purge by day 30.
